First of all I’d like to say this dress is just lovely. The lace is soft and stretchy and the color is perfect. The problem with the dress has to do with sizing. Initially I ordered the dress in a 3x from another vendor. The dress arrived and although I had carefully ordered the size matching my measurements on the sizing guide, it was just too tight. I returned the dress and ordered a 4x from Amazon since the shipping times were better. The 4x was way too big. How can there be sure a size difference between a 3x and a 4x? My sister reordered the dresses for me thinking there was a quality problem with the sizing. The new dresses arrived and the new 4x fit better. Still had to visit the alterations lady for some minor adjustments, but I ended up with a dress that fit after the reorder. The two 4x dresses were totally different sizes with different fits. All in all, this dress is lovely and I’m looking forward to wearing it for my December wedding. My warning to you is order early since you may have to return and reorder to get a dress that matches the sizing guidelines. I’m a busty gal, 5’5” and weigh 190. The dress needs better elastic in the waist for the middle gathers to hang properly. Be prepared to visit an alterations person to have the elastic replaced to get a better draping. Still, I love this dress!
