Purchased this umbrella and the crank handle broke a little after the first year with very minimum usage. Just as others have mentioned, I also tried contacting customer service "MarchProducts" @ California Umbrellas to even purchase a crank handle. Parts are not available and they quoted an entire frame costing more than what I purchased this item for brand new. I would recommend looking for a better quality umbrella and a company that stands behind there products.
