This dress is gorgeous, I love the fit so much! It’s a great work dress for short women (I am 5ft.) but I would imagine it’s not long enough for taller women. I am pretty sure it’s European sizing, as I ordered 1 size up but it still fits snug. I would definitely say order at least 1 size up for a tight fit and 2 sizes up for a more comfortable look. It has some stretch but still a dressier fabric and a simple style that can be dressed up or down
