My son is 6' 2", 585 lbs. He is huge, and has destroyed a lot of furniture, especially chairs. These are a godsend. They are comfortable, they do not cut into him, and they SUPPORT him. AND THEY CAME COMPLETELY ASSEMBLED! AND, they have a terrific price - I paid $119 each, cheapest sturdiest chair on Amazon. I don't know if these were a special deal - I got a medium dark grey cloth with with a deep charcoal pebbly finish on the steel frame, They are nuetral enough to use in my dining room and living room.
