These sheets are unlike others. The bottom and top of the fitted sheets are envelope shaped not just in each corner, but about a foot up from the bottom so that they stay put. They have elastic all around and french seams. These sheets are very nicely made with an attention to detail that I haven't seen. Mine are a little long (for a split King adjustable sleep number mattress). But the sheets are soft and silky and I don't notice when I am laying on them. I hope that they will make them in polar fleece for the winter.I haven't washed them yet, but I am very impressed so far.
