The shoes are true to size and are in a lovely white to off-white patent color. In my opinion, the shoes are very elegant and sexy but the description to the height of the heel is wrong - the shoes heel measures approx 4.5 inches high. Great for someone who loves stilettos or enjoy walking in stilts, but I am a 50 years old realist who love her knees and ankles (I am passing the shoe down to my younger niece who enjoys walking like the leaning Tower of Pisa.) If the shoe were ever to be manufactured in 3.5 inches high heel I think it would have still made a phenomenal sale. If you love high heels go for it but if you are like me keep shopping and avoid another dusty shoe in the closet.?
