These curtains do what they're supposed to do: they stop light from getting into my room. They're very opaque (although not 100%) despite being a material that feels light and soft, and I didn't have any trouble sliding them onto a rod to install them. I think they look nice too; the aqua color adds a nice splash of color to a room without making the curtains attention-grabbing themselves.
