To me this deep teal is more like evergreen. It is not teal. But it is still a lovely color. The dress is stretchy but not so much that it looks sloppy. I am 5'5 with a 34 in waist 180 lbs and regularly wear a 14 so it fit well . The edges are not finished which may turn some off, but I think it looks fine. I read someone said it reminded them of swimsuit fabric, and that's not a lie. But interestingly in this silhouette the draping of the fabric is wonderful. Good purchase for me for a wedding in MN in October.Gorgeous dress fits true to size. I purchased the sleeveless version. Unfortunately, I need to return it as it was a little snug in the tummy and hip area. I can't blame the dress though. It's me. One thing to pay attention to is the neckline. The straps over the shoulders lie as the picture illustrates.....slightly outward, especially if you want the v-detail on the neckline to lie flat. I wish I would have kept this but alas, it's on it's way back to Amazon.This dress was perfect for our granddaughters wedding. I got so many compliments. Extremely flattering. Great fit. Hides all the unpleasant parts. Love it.More dresses should fit like this dress. The cut, material is wonderful. I was so happy to find this dress on Amazon. A quality made dress and comfortable. A Bridal Store in town had the same dress for $125 more!!!!! WowSizing was exact. I ordered size I usually wear and fit perfectly. Rich Color and does not like like a cheap dress.Fits beautiful just missing the embellishment that was suppose to be on the dress
