What are the hammocks made of? Our Signature Hammocks are handwoven with ultra-soft Performance Yarn that's versatile, durable, and deeply comfortable. Our Triple-Weave construction combines 150,000 ultra-soft loops to cradle you weightlessly. What are the optimal hanging dimensions for your hammock? Our Chair Hammock (4ft wide x 7 ft deep) needs an overhead hanging set up with connection points about 4’ apart and about 5’6”-6’ off the ground. With that in mind, you could hang it with the ends in a range between 3’6”-5’ apart. Do hammocks come with hanging hardware, accessories or stands? Each Yellow Leaf Hammock includes a "Hammocking 101" Guide with instructions on where and how to hang your hammock. Because there are a range of options for hanging, we do not automatically include hardware with your hammock.

I love this hammock chair. You can sit and rock, or it will expand to allow you to extend your legs straight out. The price is for the hammock only and the chair frame this company also sells is very pricey. I tried it out and it was good quality but I located a regular heavy duty hammock that converts to a chair for a fraction of the price. Tip: Make sure the stand you purchase is tall enough to to accomodate the chair. Be sure to note the measurements of the frame to make sure it will fit in the area you have in mind. It is quite large. I especially love that these chairs are hand made and help support women trying to rise above poverty.
