We ordered the set of two Adirondack chairs and one small table. The items were each shipped in their own box. The Adirondack chairs were great and we had no issues assembling. However, when attempting to assemble the table, we realized the instruction manual and included hardware were for a different item altogether (some type of ottoman). We only had like 4 bolts when we needed like 10 for the table. I contacted the seller for assistance and explained our issue in detail. They proceeded to ask for part numbers and quantity and instructed us to look at our manual to get the information we needed. I already explained we did not have a manual so we had no idea what the part numbers were, or how many of anything would be required. It seemed to just be a lazy auto-pilot reply and no one actually took the time to read our message. We ended up going to Lowe’s and spending about an hour looking for a closely matching bolt and just put it together ourselves with no instructions. Thankfully it was relatively easy to figure out but wish we had not had to go through the headache. If this had not been an issue, I would have given the product 5 stars but service is important to me.
