I am very, very pleased with this cotton quilt. It is very light weight which is what I wanted as I am using it as a bed spread and light covering for summer use. The stitching appears to be secure. I ordered a king size for my queen bed. It falls nearly to the floor. I am especially pleased with the design, because it can be situated on the bed with the design going horizontally as displayed in the ad or it can be used with the design running from top of the bed to the bottom because the design is perfectly centered. It is attractive both ways. The edges are bound and not just turned over and stitched. The quilt is fully reversible with the same design on both sides. I washed it and dried it in the dryer without noticeable shrinkage. It is expensive, but I think it will last a long time.
