I liked the flowy fabric of skirt. The top is mot flattering. Puckered in chest. Too bad as it was a nice pattern. Would be nice with a reworked bodice.Beautiful dress. Wear an 8 or 10. This one does not run small like so many. Didn’t have my size 8. Would have tried a petite, but decided it was too heavy for late afternoon fall outside wedding. Would be perfect for evening. Thank you, 'Alex Evenings'.I've been looking for a dress for a cruise, and decided to order this one. I normally wear a size 10 in a long formal gown and I ordered this one in a 10. It fits perfectly.The dress is very well made and fully lined. The fabric is a medium weight jersey type fabric. The top part, even with all the sequins, is not scratchy or itchy at all. The dress is very comfortable and easy to wear.I plan on wearing a regular black bra. There is no built-in bra, and no need for one. I am 5 foot 6 and weigh about 148. Even with my 2-1/2 inch high heels on, it will still be an inch or so too long. I will simply shorten the dress to the perfect length.I am also going to shorten the slit in the front, by closing it down to the top edge of my knee. Right now the dress comes with the slit open in front of the left leg, halfway up the thigh.I am absolutely thrilled that I found this dress, and it will be perfect for formal night on our cruise. It is a privilege to be able to wear it.!!Wore to a wedding.
