I purchased this dress in two sizes 6 and 8 because it looked very fitted and I I wasn't sure which would be best. The 6 fit perfectly (I normally wear a 6). I have to say this is one of the best made dresses I have seen in a long time. It is a fitted look but there is a lining attached to the dress that really helps the fit. I will be wearing this to a wedding in August. The length is perfect I spent hours online trying to find a classic dress that fell below the knee without looking frumpy. This dress hit the mark. I will add that since it fits close to your body wearing spanx underneath might help depending on your body type.The picture doesn't do this dress justice. It is stunning in person and the sequins are more subtle. I am a size 8 with a 36DD chest. I am a curvy girl. The Medium fit great. Tight and clingy in all the right places. Super sexy but still classy. Wearing it to a gala dinner for work. Great dress for the price. The shoulders don't slip, they stay where you put them. Buy his dress if you want to show off your curves.This is a beautiful dress. As soon as I slipped it on I knew it would be that little black dress that every girl needs. The sequin detail is gorgeous and the fit is perfect. Dress hit slightly below the knee and off the shoulders a bit (has rubber built in at shoulders to prevent from sliding). Dress is elegant and sophisticated....my husbands mouth dropped when he saw me in it!! Do not hesitate to buy this!!Beautiful dress.....I am 5’ 2” therefore had to get the length altered. Fabric quality is great and finishes are good.This dress was very beautiful and elegant. I got very good comments about it. I bought it a bit bigger and took it to an alteration place to have them do a few stitches for a much better fit. Also I am 5'3" so it was a bit long, they made a new hem for it to be knee length.BanquetThe size 10 fit like a glove (with a little help from Spanx). I wore this dress to a fundraising dinner, "The Green Tie Gala", and received many compliments. I'm 5'8", 64 years old, and I loved the longer hemline.Had to order a size to large due to price difference, other wise a great dress, a little long I am 5’2. Very elegant and forgiving, material stretches. Would recommend
