I got the full size, which seems to fit my girl well (she's ~1000 lbs, 15.2 hands). I hadn't messed with the straps yet when I took these photos, but the neck and belly straps are very adjustable and the neck part definitely won't slip but also provides ample range of motion. Note that the strap that affixes across the chest is not adjustable at all.
