This lamp shade is not an imported product. It is made with pride in the USA, and construction does not begin until you place your order. By request, you may specify changes to the dimensions, covering or the hardware color. (Extra charges may be necessary.) This shade is equipped with a Chimney attachment. This is commonly used to fit over a glass chimney or hurricane glass found on oil-style lamps. The chimney generally fits over the glass and rests on the wide part of the glass.The outside of the lamp shade has a fabric covering. The inside is a white styrene (white plastic). The top and bottom of this item is adorned with a 1/2" band of single fold lampshade trim. The trim is the same color as the covering.

We have an old hurricane standing lamp that needed a shade. We looked all over and finally found one here. I bought one of the Stan stones and it was too short, then I realized they make custom sizes. It is perfect! And I love all the color options; we went with a very pale gray because our room is very light. It’s very nice quality, came quickly and we’re pleased to be able to use our lamp again.
