Love the dress. Just found on line at Saks that it is 100.00 cheaper. That’s so wrong. I may send back and order from Saks.This dress was out of stock at Saks and Neiman Marcus in my size! Couldn’t believe I found it on Amazon even cheaper than the price I originally saw.Wow! This was the first item I ordered from Black Halo, and what a lovely dress! The Color is a very rich royal blue that really pops. The fabric is a very soft supple gabardine (but thick enough to hold its shape). The cut of this dress is very elegant, it highlights curves without showing too much. I'm a petite slightly pear shaped figure (just shy of 5'4 , 32-25-36) and I bought the size 2. The bottom half of the dress fit perfectly its fitted but not too snug and a good length (hit 3 or 4 inches below the knee on me, which I wanted, but means it would work for taller ladies as well), and the top was a little large for me but because of the cowl drape style still worked. The dress would work for a date night or at the office. My fiancé, who doesn't usually get worked up about clothes I buy, absolutely loved the dress on me and said I HAD to keep it. (SO high marks for any dress that can do that!) Overall I highly recommend the dress its good quality, and I'll definitely check out more items from Black Halo in the future! Had to return and would not recommend.Perfect dress for the office Christmas party. Still getting used to the asymmetrical neckline but overall I like it. Quality fit and fabric. Great red.The dress I received seems to be authentic however it is different from the fabric on the sleeveless version that I also ordered. The tag shows 63% polyamide 33% viscose 4% elastane which is the same fabric description listed at top of the description for this dress, but there is another fabric description at the bottom which is different.The fabric on sleeveless version is better than this one. This one arrived wrinkled from packing did not hang out even after a number of days whereas the sleeveless version was folded the same way but not wrinkles. So I am returning this one.I love the version with sleeves but I am going to try to find it in the fabric of the sleeveless version (which incidentally is the same fabric as what is listed on the bottom of the product description).I ordered a size up because reviewers said it runs small and if fit perfectly. Very flattering professional dress perfect for my law firm picture day. It’s not exactly a comfortable dress and I would only wear this on occasions where I need to look very progressional but not in a boring suit. Would be great if I ever get to go on TV again as a legal expert.Classic and beautiful dress! Because the set-in waist has a span of several inches, the little belt only rides slightly high on my long torso. I am 5'6", weigh 126 and wear a 34DD bra. I ordered a size 6 because of comments that the dress runs small. It's a snug fit, especially in the bust. So, do order at least one size larger. I'd have given it 5 stars, if it weren't so snug.I own another Black Halo Jackie O dress so I was aware of the size for this brand. It tends to fit small so I would recommend purchasing one size higher than your usual size. Shipping came promptly. Thank you!
