This is a beautiful and well-made garment. The fabric seems like a woven cotton, slightly wrinkle-prone but with enough stiffness to support the unique ruffles on the shoulders. I'm 5'7" and 140 lbs, measurements are around 36-28-40 and I ordered a Medium. It's pretty loose on top, especially in the waist, so I'll need to take it in (can't size down because of my hips!) The neckline is quite revealing (a bit more so than it looks like on the model), so I will likely have to wear something underneath. The back of the waist is elasticized for a better fit. I think with some alterations it will be a stunning look!
