Runs very small! This is probably more European sizing than American. I pretty much always wear a 6 and needed a 10 in this one.I am 5‘1“, 98 pounds. This fit snug. It is smaller than I expected, or I got bigger. It is well-made. I will wear it on my cruise or trip down to Caribbean. It should be fine as long as I don’t eat too much.I LOVE this dress! I have a larger chest and hourglass shape, so it's hard to find a short dress that works with my body type (bodycon or sheath dresses look awful on me). This dress is modest but still fun with the back detail. The material is high quality and it is lined, so the white dress is definitely not see-through at all and hides undergarment lines well. I am 5'2", 29" waist and 32DD chest - I ordered a 10, and it is a little bit loose in the chest and waist. I think an 8 would fit perfect, but it is sold out currently. This dress is worth the price. I'll be wearing it to my rehearsal dinner!I usually wear a small, but the small was a little snug and clingy feeling. The medium would be better for me, but I also don’t like tight fitting clothes.Dress fits well and seems high quality. I appreciate the matching black metal sliders on the adjustable straps. I ordered the wrong size by accident but based on the fit would expect my normal size would fit well. I think it fits true to size. It is comfortable and nicely lined!While this dress is super cute, it's also very short and something about the fit just didn't seem right to me.The dress is pretty. The tag says $148 I paid $83 or so. But it came folded up like a piece of trash and it's a wrinkled mess. hoping we can steam press it. If not, it will have to go back. Can't believe they wad stuff up like that! Disappointed and won't buy more pricey stuff on line here any longer. Bummed. Keeping it because she needs for school function.Amazon sent the wrong dress style. They sent the sweetheart neckline instead of the higher neck square style. Going to keep as don't want to bother returning again. This dress ended up working out eventually after getting two whole sizes larger than my normal dress size.I love French Connection dresses, but I had a little issue with this "deep framboise" strappy strech mini dress: the fold (pleat) that goes from the side of the dress (arms) to the waist makes a small spike around the chest, making the impression that both chests point sligtly to the sides. However, BHFO's customer service has been excellent and very helpful! They shipped the dress faster than expected and were very responsive to my concerns. I would buy from them again in the future! 5 stars for this seller!
