Update: received my missing 2 beige rugs and they’re even prettier than the gray ones. All are soft and thick, no smell.Purchased 6 rugs and only received 4. I will change my rating after I receive the last two, but such a pain. Bought 2 gray 8x10: just like the picture, but a lot more grays than I thought (thought there’d be more whites/ivories). 2 gray runners: same as other large rug and 2 beige 8x5 which are the ones that never arrived despite saying they were delivered. Not sure what “smell” people are reporting their rugs had, mine didn’t smell like anything.
