These shoes, in the snake, are interesting and a little shiny. I now take a shoe somewhere between a 9M and a 9 1/2M. For me the 9M is too short. The 9 1/2 could be a tad shorter but either you get used to it or you put an insert in the shoes. Try both sizes if you have Amazon Prime. You feel secure in these shoes and they'll do for dress as well as for day with a suit.The heel is a little loose or wider than I need.Beautiful shoes but ran very small. Another Rockport shoe in same size was much wider. Wish they had fit. Great return policyFits well and maintains shape despite my fallen arches (I pronates). Plus look great. Just a bit long but so comfy I decided to keep them.Very nice, strong shoe, and active heel height... but: they are narrow for “medium” and they do not “break-in” to loosen-up at all.I have never purchased a shoe with that much cushion inside the shoe they are amazing, but they run very small! Very disappointed.I love these dress shoes. I put them on when the higher heels hurt my feet and I still look sharp. I have received many comments on how great they look.This pair of shoes is a must for all day wear and if you have to move around a lot in office. Looks great and is very comfortable!Good quality, soft leather but sizing is larger than expected. I usually wear a 6, but 5.5 was too big.
