I found it very easy to assemble even though it had a generic instruction sheet with a pic of the wrong Bimini. Took me less than 1.5 hrs to have it on the boat.TIP: match the end "L" shaped poles. There are two of each. When I say match them I mean match them at the bottom. One attaches to the boat and has another point of attachment just a few inches up. This will be the rear set. The other set attaches to the rear set. Make sure the short folding "L's" go to the inside slots in the Bimini. Also.... At one end of the canvas in the center, there is a hole for your rear running lite. Use the green and blue plastic clips to hold wire in place on the lateral poles while running them through canvas sleeve. Good luck
