I bought this umbrella over the summer and it arrived with 2 ribs bent. After contacting customer service they send me new ribs, a detailed video how to replace the ribs, and a partial refund for the fact that I was going to repair it myself. They offered to replace the umbrella, but I chose to keep it and do the work. Now, weeks after, they checked in with me how I made out with all of this. I'm very happy with the company so far. The umbrella itself operates smoothly, and after a few times of practicing it's very easy to know how to open it without knocking stuff over.
